Dear Treasured Life Purpose Mastery Member,

We are thrilled to have you as part of our community. We encourage you to review through this handbook IN FULL as it covers all of the elements of the program and includes the links to get you started! This handbook is a great resource to answer many of the questions you may have on your journey.

First things first, did you fill out your New Client Questionnaire?

We want to know as much information as possible so we can guide you on your specific track in the program.

Within 1 to 3 business days of your New Client Questionnaire submission, your Mentor will be in touch to guide you during your first call.

We want you to start off the program on your best footing so please READ THIS PAGE, write down any questions you may have and mark your calendar with important dates.

We recommend you hop in at least once per day to join in on all of the fun!

You've found it! Here’s where you can access the program’s business and spiritual content, as well as important events only for Life Purpose Mastery members.

An email was sent to you with your log in information. If you ever lose access to your member portal, you can reset your password from the login screen.

Keep up to date with all the opportunities for your growth, available to you.

To add all the webinar dates & webinar links to your calendar, here’s what to do:

1. If you don’t have a Google email and a Google calendar you must set one up in order for this to work.

2. Send your Gmail address to support@yourpurpose.com and we will invite you to the calendar.

Weekly webinar appointments will also be provided under EVENTS in the Life Purpose Mastery Facebook group and you will receive email reminders, as well.

Your Accountability Mentor

1) One of our trained and talented mentors will be partnered with you during your time in the program.

2) You and your mentor will connect over the phone for 30 minutes once a month to guide you through the program and make sure you’re setting goals and taking action on those goals.

3) They will also be there to support you via email and Facebook messenger. Reach out to ask your business questions and where to find training videos in the member site.

Your Private Hand Analysis Reading 

You will be receiving a printing kit in the mail. Once you get it, follow the directions to print your hands, scan them and email them to support@yourpurpose.com for review.

Once confirmed that they can read them, you will be approved to schedule your reading. 

Please note: If your handprints are illegible, you will need to redo them, be aware that this may hold up your reading.

Weekly, you have one to two live opportunities to get on our group mentoring webinars and you can sign up for a Hot Seat Session. Please NOTE: We do not hold webinars the last week of each month so you can integrate all you are learning and the team can also take a wee break to integrate.

To get on the list, please email support@yourpurpose.com no less than 48 hours before the session you wish to be on. If it is full, you’ll go to the top of the queue on the next session.

These Hot Seat Sessions give you dedicated time on that group webinar to get your specific questions answered! Your accountability coach will be mindful of how many Hot Seat sessions you sign up for and we will be in touch if you don’t sign up for one in a while.

Company Hours

While we are here to support you every step of the way during your time in the program, below are our normal working hours so that you can expect a response in a timely manner.

• Monday - Friday: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern. If you email support@ yourpurpose.com late on a Friday, you will typically hear from us on Monday.
• We are off on every national United States holiday.
• Outside of business hours, you can expect our response rate to be between 24-48 hours.
